A standard SMS holds up to 160 characters. Longer messages are sent in parts of 153 characters, and each part uses a credit.
Messages with emoji or non-English characters use Unicode, which fits 70 characters per SMS (67 per part when longer). The send page shows the count as you type.
1.5 credits per SMS part to New Zealand, the UK, Singapore, the Philippines, Indonesia, China, Germany, Sri Lanka and Serbia. Other countries on request.
If a message can't be handed to the network, the credit goes straight back to your balance.
Paying
Top up by card through PayPal and the credits appear in your account automatically, usually within a minute. You can also pay by bank transfer; those are added within one business day. Your card statement shows PayPal *ClicknCall.
